Noun (संज्ञा )

Definition Of Noun:- "A noun is the name of person, place, things, quality, Condition, and Action.

" किसी व्यक्ति , स्थान ,वस्तु , गुड़ , दशा , और  कार्यकलाप, का नाम को Noun (संज्ञा) कहते है। "

Example:-

Person                       Mukesh                     (मुकेश )

Place                        Delhi                         (दिल्ली)

Thing                        Pen                            (कलम)

Quality                      Honesty                 (ईमानदार)

Condition                  Illness                        (बीमार)

Action                        Movement            (गति /चाल )

 Kind Of noun:- Noun mainly divide in to two Part

1.  Countable Noun :- Noun Which can counted. ex- Girl, Ram, Class etc.

2.  Uncountable Noun:- Noun which cannot be counted. ex- Gold, Water, Honesty etc.

   Countable noun further divide in to three parts

   (A) Proper Noun (व्यक्तिवाचक संज्ञा ):- The noun which denotes a proper person, proper place or proper things.

   Ex:- 
   Proper person                                        Sheweta, Ajit, John,
   Proper place                                          Delhi, London, Paris
   Proper tings                                           Bible, Sun, Gita
   
   

   (B) Common Noun (जातिवाचक संज्ञा ):- The noun which denotes common person, common place, or common things

   Ex:-
   Common Person                                   Man, Woman, Boy
   Common Place                                     Town, School
   Common Things                                   Book, Stars 
   

    (C) Collective Noun (समूहवाचक संज्ञा ):- The noun which denotes a group of person or other creature and collection of things. 

   Ex-
   Group Of Person                                 A Crew  (समूह ) of sailors
                                                               A Team  of Players 
                                                               A Army of soldiers.
   Collection of things                            A Fleet (बेड़ा) of ship
                                                               A Bunch (गुच्छा) of Flowers
                                                               A Library of books
   

    Uncountable Noun Further Divide in to two parts

   (A) Material Noun (द्रववाचक संज्ञा ):- The noun which denotes material.

   Ex:- Copper, Silver, Tea etc
   

   (B) Abstract Noun (भाववाचक संज्ञा ):- The noun which denotes quality, condition or action.

   Ex- Wisdom (बुद्धिमत्ता), Humanity, Pride, Bravery, Childhood (बचपन ) etc.
